My name is Nina Reed and I`m a Native of Alaska, but I have been a proud resident of Providence, Rhode Island for over 7 years. I am a Johnson & Wales Alumnae and proud small women-owned business.
As an Alaskan, I have learned to embrace my "non-traditional, far out and different" talents, which are showcased in my out-of-the box desserts. I have traveled to places like Paris Rome where my love of wine was brought back to some of my favorite treats, which has fueled my creative license as a pastry chef. My goal is to bring a different spark to the Rhode Island food scene., that is edgy, unique and flavorful!
